Sometimes called the Hunter Thompson of Hip Hop, Malone is some- thing of a legend on New York's streets. Born in the Bronx, he watched first hand as hip hop was born in the 1970s. After dropping out of high school at the age of 18 he became the youngest columnist in the country. A former gang member and graffiti writer, A&R executive, the voice of Nike television commercials, screenwriter and actor, his various life experiences have contributed to his compelling roles in four feature films.
