verschiedene Stylisten aus Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz die
Chance, ihre eigene Interpretation von Sportswear in Szene zu setzten.

Die sechs Athletinnen, die den ausgewählten Stylisten in diesem Jahr als
Modelle zur Seite standen, sind die Fußballerin Lira Bajramaj, die
Surferin Alena Ehrenbold, die Hochspringerin Ariane Friedrich, die
Tennisspielerinnen Julia Görges und Sabine Lisicki sowie die
Hürdenläuferin Beate Schrott.

Let's start golden!
Here's an intresting auction I spotted.

The Seller writes:
"My father was a founding member of Nike. This is the first Nike shoe
ever sold in Spain. There is only one of these in existence.
The shoe was coated in 24k gold using an electrostatic process. I don't
know exactly how much gold is on the shoe, but it is heavy!
The shoe used was a Nike Roadrunner (1980).
Total package includes the shoe, mounting plate and signed letter from
my father. Google "James Moodhe" if you want further information about
the history behind it. Starting the auction at 7k, figure with the price of
gold, that's probably a good chunk of the investment by itself
(excluding the fact it is a priceless piece of Nike history!)"

For decades it has been one of the most sought after Models out.
Inspired by Nike’s legendary running shoe LDV the NIGHT TRACK
was originally released in 1978 during the height of the disco age.
The model quickly became synonomous with the Jewel of the NYC
nightlife, the Studio 54's.

The sports Silver uppers with red formica soles that sparkle like the nightlife
are made for hitting the dance floor and partying all night.

Now there are plans for a retro.

Riff 170 needs your help

Most recently pioneering graffiti artist, RIFF 170, reached out to KET
for assistance when he lost his apartment in the Bronx.
RIFF's family has been living in the apartment for decades but when
his mother's illness sent her to live in the South with his sister; the
family lost the apartment as they were not on the lease. Its been
over a month since RIFF has been homeless and without work. He is
currently sleeping in the streets in the Bronx.
We would very much like to see him have a home again.
The goal is to raise a total of $4,000 to assist RIFF 170 in having a
home this winter.
Any amount donated is greatly appreciated.

It was in the mid 80’s when Cazal’s top model was put on the market.
The Cazal 623 was the reason why Cazal was able to reach monumental
heights in the eyewear community and beyond. What originated in
Germany quickly made its way into the North American urban world and
became THE sunglass of hip-hop artists in the US. Designed by Cari
Zalloni, the Cazal brand quickly developed a cult following bringing
together people from all walks of life.

In the late 80's a small factory in Eastern Canada produced what was
known as a North American Exclusive version of the tops models from
Cazal named the "Deluxe Series". The use of exotic skins hand applied
to popular Cazal Eyewear once again took Cazal design to another level.
With the factory going closed in the 90's these techniques were thought
to be lost. The Vintage Frames Company searched for the original
artisans from this factory to create a deluxe snakeskin capsule once
again! A very elite exotic collection of Cazals was born using the
highest quality Python and lizard hides known to man.
