International Boombox Day
Many know, I don't only collect sneakers, but also have a strong passion
for other HipHop memorbilia. One of them is Boomboxes. These beautiful
old cassete players have been part of the 80's street uniform like Double
Goose jackets or Kangol caps.

Les Bosquets
The film Les Bosquets brings the audience in a place where art and
the power of image interweave. Based on the story of Ladj Ly and
the performance of the ballet Les Bosquets of New York City Ballet
(2014) inspired by the riots in the French suburbs in 2005, JR reveals
its experience in the ghetto of Montfermeil where he created his
first project, Portrait of a Generation.
This film is a continuation of this 10 years project, for which he uses
various means of expression and narration: video archives,
choreography and testimony. This short film will be presented
exclusively in galleries and museum shows.

Happy Birthday Nike Air Max 95
To mark the twentieth anniversary of the Air Max 95, Nike celebrates
with the release of two new models: The Air Max 95 Ultra Jacquard
and the Women’s Air Max 95 Ultra.
Both come from the hands of designers with strong connections to the
original shoe, who followed the footsteps of Sergio Lozano's pioneering
Air Max design, that changed the very DNA of Nike running.
Ben Yun and Dylan Raasch both recreated an iconic silhouette, different
yet familiar versions of the Air Max 95 updated to fit the needs of
today's active lifestyle.
I already wrote about Dylen Raasch's women's Air Max 95 Ultra design
a few days ago.
