The only thing missing are the laces in the right length.
Mine are always too long and the leftovers are constantly

Here's how you can shorten their appearance:
Lace as usual to the end, then lace back into the last
plastic eyelet, to get rid of all the leftovers.
Finally just pull the laces underdeath the lacing above
and tie to a bow...
