The Archive Room

On Tuesday I spent a wonderful evening with Ernie at the size? x adidas panel talk in the 

saatchi gallery where currently the amazing 'Beyond the Streets' exhibition is being 

showcased.

We had the pleasure spending a short time almost by ourselves checking out the impressive 

collection and where in awe of the curation and mass of inedible rarities!

Ernie himself exhibited 32 pairs of his Adidas basketball collection, and I felt honored to see 

my SQ Rivalry amongst his selection.

After some last touch ups on his pairs, the displays where sealed and the doors opened.

At the following panel discussion we had the chance to speak about my favorite subject with 

f3lix and DJ Semtex - the socio-cultural background of various sneaker models.

A quick meet with Jason Coles and Thomas Turner was the icing on the cake.

A big thank you to Size? for this great short trip and to everyone who came out even though 

I hardly got to talk to most of my guest. Hope I see you again soon

adidas originals and Beyond the Streets to bring you The Archive Room. 

There will be a footwear exhibition consisting of legendary vintage adidas basketball silhouettes plus a 

panel discussion with Ernie Beckmann, yours truly and Felix Young plus a special guest host.

Size? collections with yours truly

Some time ago Size? came to visit my archive and dig through some rarities.  

Last week they posted the special on me and my collection on their blog and YouTube channel.

I usually do not let anyone into my archive, but since I will be moving very soon, I thought it 

would be a nice memory of the space that housed my collection and life for the past 20 years.

Cameron, Jessy and James captured some beautiful material and I hope you'll enjoy the very 

personal insight into my world.

Size? for Women

Finally one of our female sneakerhead prayers has been answered. 
Uk sneaker giant Size? has opened a size? for women only category 
online. A step towards the realisation, that females are also major 
players in this game. This will also include developing the brand's 
#ladiesthatlace campaign, which aims to showcase the talents of 
unique women through a series of films
The flagship store is due to launch this August in Manchester.
To celebrate this game changing step, I was surprised with a pair 
of white ostrich Huaraches! Thank you @sizeofficial
